We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute brand strategies for the company. The role involves overseeing brand positioning while ensuring data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and drive customer trust.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Lead and mentor a brand team, ensuring optimal performance and creative execution.
• Oversee social media marketing (SMM) strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and business development teams to maintain a unified brand message and align marketing activities with business goals.
• Develop and launch various promo activities to boost visibility and customer trust.
• Launching awareness campaigns and analyzing the results to assess performance and optimize future strategies.
• Leading brand sponsorship activities, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms
• Proficient in analysing customer data and marketing metrics to drive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to stakeholders
