As a Platform Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of a cloud-based platform, driving strategic international growth, and ensuring seamless client engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise payment platforms and financial technology solutions, coupled with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify scalable platform enhancements. You will need to have expertise in at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with the willingness and ability to travel internationally when required for work assignments. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive platform solutions and service knowledge, assisting in all stages of service design.
• Conduct thorough analyses to ensure accuracy and propose alternative solutions.
• Understand and integrate client needs into strategic plans that align with both internal and client requirements.
• Monitor high-level implementation project and business service plans, ensuring projects stay aligned with strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic business direction and lead negotiations with clients to secure and finalize agreements.
• Work closely with business, technical, operations, and end-user teams to develop desired solutions.
• Assess and validate system requirements to confirm they fulfil business needs, contributing to the overall integrity of the solution.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for complex projects.
• Participate in client-facing and internal team meetings to craft effective solution approaches.
• Address and resolve complex issues, leveraging specialized knowledge and experience.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, MIS, Business or Finance.
• Typically 8+ years relevant experience in the financial services industry (preferably payment systems industry) and/or IT industry.
• Experience in enterprise payment platforms and financial technology solutions.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS-based solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and clients.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and scalable platform architectures.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Flexibility to work unsociable hours with clients and teams in different time zones when required.
