We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Performance Manager to join our dynamic team at HFM.

Overview:

The Performance Manager will focus on monitoring, analysing, and enhancing the performance of the commercial department. This role will identify areas for improvement, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and support decision-making through detailed performance reports and insights.

Your role at HFM:

• Design and implement performance tracking systems and KPIs for all roles within the department.
• Regularly analyse performance data across Sales and Business Development teams.
• Develop detailed performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Identify and communicate performance gaps, proposing actionable solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to address skill-related performance issues.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews to ensure continuous alignment with company objectives.
• Benchmark departmental performance against industry standards and competitors.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in performance management or business analytics, ideally in the financial services or forex sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of developing and managing KPIs to drive performance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
