VACANCY: Membership and Events Coordinator

Aphrodite Hills Resort, Europe’s multi-awarded destination and one of the must-visit resorts in the world, is looking for a candidate to join our Team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Membership Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective golf club members.
  • Provide detailed information about membership options and assist with renewals, upgrades, and onboarding.
  • Organize and promote member-specific events to encourage engagement.
  • Maintain and update membership records in relevant systems.
  • Liaise with the Members Committee and organize meetings, including the distribution of approved minutes.

Sports Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate tournaments, charity fundraisers, and member-exclusive gatherings.
  • Create promotional materials, manage event registrations, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare event schedules, draws, and results using platforms like DataGolf.
  • Work closely with resort departments (e.g., F&B, Security) to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Handle sponsorship acquisition and management for events.

Administrative Support:

  • Monitor and manage databases for both memberships and events.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets and reports for memberships and events.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including health and safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Greek and Russian would also be beneficial.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
  • Strong skills involving problem solving.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Some knowledge of Golf/Sports would be considered an advantage.
  • Flexible schedule.
