OneTech Services Ltd. is seeking to recruit a dynamic Operations Executive for their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Send/receive offers from customers and suppliers via email.

• Process enquiries from the request stage up to the invoicing stage. Ensuring a smooth flow of Operations.

• Track shipments and update customers on deliveries.

• Respond to customers in a timely manner as per the internal procedures.

• Handle purchase requisitions and approvals.

• Place orders with suppliers and ensure proper stock management.

• Ensure quality standards are met in all aspects of operations.

• Liaise with technicians/engineers for vessel servicing.

• Coordinate between the team and other departments for the completion of requests.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Shipping or in a related field.

• Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluency in Greek & English.
