Role Description

This full-time Sales Officer role is an on-site position located at our office in Nicosia. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting Business (Credit) Information Reports, maintain customer relationships and lead them through the sales process with ease.

Additionally, the Sales Officer will take on the responsibility of processing incoming orders and monitoring the entire order fulfillment procedure to ensure smooth and timely execution.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in Credit Risk, Business Reporting, or Advisory services will be considered an advantage

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Greek

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
