Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit for the season 2025 a Guest Relations Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests receive a courteous and warmly service upon check-in/check-out.

• Proactively interact with guests during their stay to ensure a personalized and memorable experience.

• Address guest complaints promptly and ensure thorough follow-up.

• Record any special guest requests and communicate them to the appropriate department.

• Assist guests with various tasks, such as arranging transportation and organizing excursions.

• Help guests plan and organize special events, such as birthdays and anniversaries.

Qualification and Experience:

• Working experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position

• Very good knowledge of Greek and English language

• Excellent communication skills

• Guest-oriented demeanor with a focus on exceptional service

• Positive, engaging personality

• Professional appearance & attitude
