The Island Private School of Limassol is seeking a competent and experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a fluent English-speaking, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow both personally and professionally in a dynamic start-up environment. As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be the first point of contact between the school’s founder and key stakeholders. You will also take on a variety of interesting and challenging tasks daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily personal assistant support to the founder of The Island Private School of Limassol.
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage the founder’s projects (both business and personal) to ensure timely delivery of results and adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist with business events and leadership team coordination.
  • Organize and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Support the HR department and leadership team in initiatives related to the school founder.
  • Assist in school event preparations.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Prior experience in administrative support is required.
