We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Generalist on a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) to manage the daily duties and responsibilities within our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative support to the HR department.

• Ensure the company HRIS system is up to date and accurate.

• Assist with employee benefits including medical insurance.

• Provide support to the recruitment processes.

• Assist with the onboarding process of new employees.

• Be responsible for payroll preparation on a group level.

• Keep up to date with legal developments regarding Labour Law issues.

• Arrange and co-ordinate the necessary trainings for employees.

• Process the absence management policy of the company.

• Ensure that HR administration policies follow external and internal compliance.

• Make attempts to acquire government subsidies for recruitment and training (HRDA).

• Communicate all company policies to employees.

• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager.

• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
