POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and organized Hostess/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a welcoming environment and ensure that all visitors have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they enter our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive.

• Manage the seating chart, ensuring guests are seated in a timely manner based on availability and preferences.

• Assist guests with special requests or needs and resolve any concerns promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining areas.

• Collaborate with the waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operation during busy times.

• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

• Completes additional duties as assigned by the Head of Dept and/or General Manager.

• Conforms to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have a positive attitude, pleasant and friendly personality

• Be polite

• Able to co-operate
