Minimum Qualifications:

• Studies related to Shipping
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Be a trustworthy and responsible person
• Pleasant and positive personality

Main Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers via email and phone
• To receive enquires through various media
• Send orders electronically and follow up until invoiced and paid
• Creation and control of all manual filing systems and all relevant office paperwork
• Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations
• Any other duties instructed from the company
