American College in Nicosia is seeking to employ a Head of Pedagogy for part-time employment.

Main duties

The successful applicant will be expected to give seminars to and train American College’s teaching personnel and provide consulting services on pedagogical matters.

Qualifications required

• Doctoral degree in education or educational studies/management/leadership or pedagogy/pedagogical science
• Good command of oral and written Greek and English language
• Computer Literacy (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet)
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills

The following is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage:

• A qualification or experience in distance education
