On behalf of our client, a distinguished and upscale beachfront restaurant in Ayia Napa, we are looking for a skilled and driven Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at this premium dining destination. As part of a well-established hospitality group originating from Tel Aviv, this venue delivers an exceptional experience in a stunning seaside setting and offers international entertainment events. Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, or similar role in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and support the team.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or additional languages is a plus.

  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house management, reservations, and customer service.

  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with both the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, ensuring high service standards are consistently met.

  • Assist in staff training and development, fostering a professional and positive work environment.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.

  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent service flow and product quality.

  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

  • Handle administrative duties as required, including scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
