Responsibilities

• Maintaining Accounting Records in accordance with IFRS (Portfolio of Cyprus based Companies) in ESOFT account
• Assistance in Management Accounts, P&L, Balance Sheets Preparation on monthly/quarterly basis
• Treasury functions and Bank reconciliations
• Customer Reconciliation
• Invoices & Receipts Issuing
• Registers & Forms Keeping and Updating
• Document filing
• Salary Taxes & Contributions Payroll Calculation
• VAT/VIES/OSS Returns Registration and Preparation
• Personal Income Tax Returns IR1 Filling
• IR603, IR614, IR7 Filling, check of IR4 returns
• Assisting with matters regarding Cyprus Taxes and Related Administration
• Communication with Auditors for Annual External and Internal Audits

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards.
• ACCA/ACA qualification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and language; Greek or Russian are an advantage.
• Solid experience with ESOFT software is an advantage (training can be provided)
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and initiative; a collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with Cyprus payroll tax calculations, VAT, VIES
