InterNapa College, located in Ammochostos, Cyprus, invites applications from qualified candidates holding a doctorate degree for teaching and research positions in the MBA program. Candidates with expertise in one of the following specializations will be given preference:

• Economics

• Accounting & Finance

• Marketing Management

• Human Resource Management (HRM) / Organizational Behavior (OB)

• Operations Management / E-Business

• Strategic Management

• Computer Science

Qualifications and Expectations:

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to academic research and scholarly activities.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and contribute to curriculum development.

• Engage actively in student mentoring and interaction.
