Almond Recruitment on behalf of our client, an accounting & audit services firm, are currently looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager to join their offices in Nicosia. This would be a fantastic opportunity to work with an extremely strong and well-established firm.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for audit, tax, and advisory services.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
• Track and analyse business development performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Work closely with the audit and tax teams to tailor service offerings to client needs.
• Develop partnerships with corporate and financial institutions to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in audit, finance, or professional services).
• Strong understanding of audit, tax, and financial advisory services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English & Greek (any other languages is considered an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

• Salary is from €25,000 to €30,000 gross but this would depend on experience
• Bonus scheme twice a year
• Bonuses on hitting sales targets
