We are currently looking to recruit an Advisor for our Management Consulting Department at our office in Nicosia. This is a great opportunity for high caliber professionals who wish to work and thrive in a high-performance environment.
The Opportunity:
- Collaborating with clients in Cyprus and internationally to understand their core business challenges and leveraging your expertise to drive transformation and solve complex problems.
- Facilitating client workshops, collecting and documenting business requirements, and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Supporting clients through the full process of designing, validating, and implementing their future business needs.
- Identifying and assessing potential challenges that could impact the successful implementation and adoption of proposed solutions.
- Contributing to the development of business cases and assist in preparing proposals.
- Preparing and delivering presentations for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Engaging with internal teams to share best practices and enhance overall quality.
- Analyzing and refining business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and redesigning existing products, services, and business models to drive growth and competitiveness.
The Individual:
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Prior experience in Business Analysis or Consulting will be considered an advantage
- Banking, Insurance, Government or Telco experience will be considered an advantage
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes, user stories, and functional requirements while critically evaluating information from multiple sources to resolve inconsistencies
- Excellent knowledge of Excel/Word/Power Point (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in Greek and English in writing and oral skills
- Willingness to travel to Europe and Middle-East
