We are currently hiring for the following position:
Pastry Cook (Chef de Partie or Sous Chef Level)
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end pastry establishment.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.
- Skills: Expertise in pastry techniques, baking, chocolate work, and modern plating.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team, train junior chefs, and manage kitchen operations.
- Quality & Hygiene: Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
- Creativity & Precision: Passion for pastry, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (Greek is an advantage).
