What You'll Do:

As a Graphic Designer, your role is pivotal in shaping the company's image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft visually stunning, user-friendly web designs that meet client goals and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma.

• Design and optimize graphics for websites, ensuring they are responsive and adaptive across various devices and platforms.

• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and identify user needs to develop effective design solutions.

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and flow diagrams to guide design decisions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both user requirements and business objectives.

• Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and interaction.

• Maintain visual and behavioral consistency across all digital platforms.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and integrated digital experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in web graphic design and UX/UI design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.

• Understanding of web technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

• Videography skills are a plus.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

• Strong graphic design skills with a robust portfolio showcasing web design and UX/UI projects.

• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
