Civil Engineer

On behalf of a client, a well- established group operating in the retail industry, we are currently looking for a dynamic professional for the role of Civil Engineer to join their team in Limassol.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Cost estimation of offers
• Management of private sector contracts
• Supervision, organization, scheduling, and coordination of works
• Ensuring project quality and timely completion according to schedule
• Preparation of the project work schedule, monitoring, and revising it as needed
• Cost estimation of project changes and/or instructions
• Issuance of payment certificates for projects and subcontractors
• Cost control and management of the project
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety measures
• Maintaining project correspondence

Position’s Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Registered member of ETEK
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Project, AutoCAD)
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in tender documents and bid submissions

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30
Salary range: €25,000 - €33,000 gross
