A.Stylianides Superclean Ltd is looking to recruit a Secretary- part time- in Limassol.
Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls professionally
-
Maintain filing systems and organize office records
-
Perform basic tasks such as invoicing, receipts, and other accounting documentation, knowledge of Premiersoft is a MUST
-
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.

Preparation of quarterly VAT to provide to external accountants
-
Performing any additional duties as required

Maintaining and updating customer records and spreadsheets
Ideal candidate profile:
-
Proven work experience as a secretary or Office Administrator will be considered an advantage

Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
-
Communication skills, written and verbal in both Greek and English language
-
Knowledge of Premiersoft Program
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
