Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist clients in the seamless integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of API documentation.
  • Work closely with clients to guide them through the integration process, leveraging API documentation effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored technical support.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical support in the payments industry is desirable (training will be provided).
  • An understanding of API documentation and integration processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
