Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions
  • Assist clients in the seamless integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of API documentation
  • Work closely with clients to guide them through the integration process, leveraging API documentation effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored technical support
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions
  • Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and sales within the payment industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proven experience in technical support, particularly in the payments industry
