Renovation Expert
On behalf of a client, a well-known and established home improvement and gardening retailer, we are currently looking for a dynamic individual for the position of Renovation Expert to join their team in Nicosia.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct meetings with clients to gather information about the renovation project.
• Present available showroom exhibitions and our products.
• Design spaces or entire homes.
• Create product and service offers based on the proposed design.
• Develop a construction timeline and oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring high quality and functional design.
• Actively collaborate and communicate with professional contractors and craftsmen.
• Contribute to achieving the store’s commercial goals.

Position’s Requirements
• A degree in building construction (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior/Exterior Design, Construction Technician, etc.).
• At least 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role, in building construction, or in an architectural office.
• Excellent design skills and proficiency in design software (AutoCAD 2D, Archicad, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop).
• Project management skills – overseeing projects from design to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
