To further strengthen our investment and development strategies, we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join our team.

The role will be a key to analyzing and assessing market trends, conducting financial modeling and providing insights to support strategic decision-making in the acquisition, disposal, and portfolio monitoring of real estate projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate and have a keen interest in leveraging data to drive investment decisions.

Reports to: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Job location: Limassol, Cyprus

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research on real estate trends, property demand, pricing, and investment opportunities, as well as risks in various real estate sub-sectors.
• Track competitor activity, market shifts, and emerging development trends to provide strategic insights.
• Collect and analyze economic, demographic, and transaction data to support investment decisions.
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for investment committees and senior management.
• Support real estate acquisitions and strategic expansions by providing market intelligence and feasibility analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential real estate investments, by preparing financial projections and cash flow analysis
• Work closely with finance, technical, and marketing & sales teams to ensure alignment of market insights with business objectives.
• Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of the real estate project portfolio, carrying out benchmarking analysis, comparing internal projects to market performance, and identifying any areas of concern or opportunity.
• Provide structured research, analytics, and forecasting to guide development strategies.

Requirements for the Position:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in real estate market research, investment analysis, or property development.
• Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, market forecasting, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Cyprus and international real estate markets.
• Ability to identify investment opportunities and assess market risks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
