St Raphael Resort & Marina is seeking a new associate for the position of E-Commerce Executive & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for e-commerce and marketing. In this role, you will be a key player in managing our online marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with various team members to implement strategies that optimize the overall performance of our online business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Track key e-commerce metrics and generate detailed reports on sales performance and competitor pricing analysis.
- Provide monthly, weekly, and daily reports on e-commerce performance with actionable insights.
- Upload rates and contracts, working closely with all associates to optimize sales.
- Provide regular updates to the Top Management Team on KPIs, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Participate in strategy meetings to plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize paid campaigns and promotions based on performance insights and develop digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Support online marketing activities including promotional newsletters, social media campaigns, and paid ads.
- Monitor and update room availability across various channels and perform yield tests to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Analyse market trends and prepare forecast reports to manage room demand during peak and off-peak periods.
- Analyse customer feedback and competitor activities to identify new promotional opportunities, regularly assess sales trends, and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Update and maintain accurate, compelling content, images, and information across all online platforms.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize product listings for enhanced search visibility.
- Perform basic website updates and collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic and identify key trends.
- Assist in creating loyalty programs or strategies aimed at retaining existing customers and encouraging repeat business.
- Engage with customers via social media, email, or other channels to promote engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, specifically within the hotel industry, and familiarity with e-commerce hospitality platforms.
- Proficiency in computer software, data analysis tools, and social media platforms; familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings effectively.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused with a high sense of professionalism.
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer retention tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
- Holder of an EU passport/ID.
