Aphrodite Hills Hotel is currently seeking to recruit a Front Office Manager to join its highly successful Team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
- Additional language will be considered an advantage
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and communicational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
- Problem - solving ability
- Team player
- Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must have the relevant papers to work to Cyprus
Duties:
- Organizing, and directing the Front Office department
- Be in charge of the consistent quality of customer service of the department
- Handling guests’ complaints and special requests
- Monitors daily occupancy, arrivals and departures
- Room allocation
- Close communication with all departments
- Conducts day-to day meetings
- Prepare management reports
- Planning and scheduling
- Control the department’s budget and payroll cost
- Recruit and train Front Office employees and manage the shift schedules
- Duty Manager shifts
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
