bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for an Internal Control Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and document functional and operational requirements for internal systems and business processes.

  • Develop and maintain internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures across finance, marketing, HR, IT, development/construction, and legal functions.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established procedures and identify areas for improvement.

  • Monitor the implementation and execution of policies, ensuring adherence to risk management and operational standards.

  • Perform risk assessments, identifying inefficiencies and potential control weaknesses.

  • Design and optimize business processes, including process flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and data models.

  • Support data-driven decision-making by developing analytical reports and dashboards.

  • Define integration requirements and operational guidelines for cross-functional systems and workflows.

  • Participate in the testing and validation of process improvements and system enhancements.

  • Develop and maintain technical and business documentation, including standards, procedures, and compliance reports.

  • Work closely with finance, audit, and operational teams to align process improvements with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Internal Audit, IT, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial process analysis, internal audit, or operational control.

  • Solid understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.

  • Strong experience in business process modeling and procedural documentation.

  • Proficiency in data analytics, KPI monitoring, and financial reporting.

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, and business management systems.

  • Ability to assess, refine, and enforce operational policies and controls.

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within finance, legal, and IT teams.

  • Fluency in Greek or English, with Russian as a plus.
