Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and manage data.
  • Phone Handling: Answer calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Customer Reception: Greet visitors and clients professionally.
  • Email Management: Draft, edit, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • General Assistance: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken) is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy.
  • Professionalism: Punctual, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented.

Working Hours

🕒 Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
