AZIA RESORT & SPA is looking to hire a

PROJECT MANAGER – construction and procurement

The hotel:

Azia Resort & Spa is an award winning 5 star hotel located in Paphos boasting innovative design, exceptional service and commitment to sustainability.

The position:

• Coordinate suppliers and external subcontractors and report to the Director to complete construction projects
• Find suppliers and subcontractors and ask for quotations for any needed items for the company operations
• Coordinate and oversee the ongoing improvement works and deliveries
• Monitor quality

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in project management or management of teams
• Education and experience in civil engineering is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good communication skills to maintain relationships with suppliers and associates
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel and careful with numbers
• Attention to detail
• EU citizenship or EU work permit.
