As the Events Coordinator, you will join a department that embodies Kanika Hotels pioneering spirit. If you want to help create unforgettable experiences for special occasions, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage email and other correspondence between the wedding couple and the hotel

• Provide detailed information about in-house services and assist with wedding arrangements

• Meet guests upon arrival to confirm all wedding day arrangements

• Address any inquiries from guests or couples about the wedding experience, including walk-in visitors

• Conduct a brief tour of all available wedding venues for each couple

• Handle communication with the local municipality for booking civil weddings at the hotel

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hospitality School graduate preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel

• Proficient in English

• Courteous with a positive attitude towards customer service

• Strong communicator with a friendly demeanour

• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
