Career Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Banking Manager to join the Group’s Internal Finance Department and lead our internal banking operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing banking processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering collaboration across departments. Your primary objective will be to enhance operational efficiency, streamline financial workflows, and provide expert guidance on banking solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals and growth initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute daily payment transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.

  • Maintain continuous communication with banking institutions to facilitate smooth banking operations and resolve any issues proactively.

  • Ensure the proper administration and maintenance of all corporate bank accounts, optimizing account structures as needed.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective management of banking operations.

  • Provide strategic guidance on relevant products and services to meet internal goals.

  • Actively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service delivery within the banking department.

  • Conduct thorough credit assessments of both new and existing accounts to evaluate creditworthiness, ensuring alignment with internal risk management protocols.

  • Recommend appropriate credit limits, terms, and conditions for loans and other credit facilities.

  • Continuously monitor and manage the internal credit portfolio, mitigating potential risks and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

  • Provide expert financial advisory support on key business decisions within the organization, including capital raising, internal investments, and other financial matters.

  • Stay well-informed about the full range of banking products and services offered, ensuring internal teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge to meet diverse organizational needs.

  • Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to support the creation of innovative, competitive, and compliant banking solutions.

  • Ensure all banking operations and internal processes comply with legal and regulatory standards, upholding the highest level of integrity and ethical conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in banking, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial sector.

  • Strong credit analysis skills with the ability to assess complex financial data.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving business objectives.

  • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
