PA to CEO
On behalf of a client, a well-established group in the industry of Food and Beverage, we are currently looking to recruit a PA to CEO in Nicosia.
Objective
The selected candidate will provide administrative support, manage daily office tasks, and maintain direct communication with executive management, external partners, and stakeholders.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication handling.
- Organize and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO and senior management.
- Monitor and manage traffic fines for all company vehicles, ensuring timely payments and proper record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Position’s Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent Greek and English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Salary range: €18,000 – €20,000 gross per year
