bbf: is one of the leading and rapidly expanding companies in the property market, delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across Cyprus and Greece.
To lead bbf: sales operations in Paphos and Polis, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full sales cycle in Paphos and Polis.
- Lead the sales strategy for bbf: developments in the region, ensuring maximum market penetration.
- Achieve personal and office sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Motivate, mentor, and manage the sales team, improving organizational structure and performance.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to generate quality leads.
- Expand cross-city sales opportunities and strengthen collaboration between offices.
- Build and maintain a strong agent network, fostering long-term partnerships for continuous business growth.
Requirements for the position:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership within the real estate sector, with both B2C and B2B exposure.
- Fluent in Russian and English; Greek and/or additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to drive multiple projects.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient, with strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage a high-performance sales team.
