What You Will Do

• To maintain a clean and hygienic work area according to regulations and LPM standards.
• To minimise breakages and to keep the area safe.
• To strictly adhere to established hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen; maintaining a clean and organized workplace, following food safety guidelines, and consistently implementing practices that ensure a safe and healthy culinary environment.
• To operate, clean and maintain kitchen equipment (dishwashers, slices, mixers, etc) effectively and safely.
• To ensure to maintain a clean and organized kitchen by an effective handling, disposal and recycling of waste generated in the kitchen.
