CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of innovative technology solutions, with a particular focus on IT Consultancy & Software Development, we are seeking to recruit a Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement machine learning models for predicting cardholder behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models, with specific experience in using AWS SageMaker Autopilot or similar services, with strong proficiency in Python considered a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 – 14:00 each Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for predicting cardholder behaviour. 
• Automate the model training and selection process using AWS SageMaker Autopilot or a similar service. 
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data for model training.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model accuracy and effectiveness. 

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in machine learning and data science, particularly in using AWS SageMaker or similar services. 
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. 
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics. 
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure, particularly AWS 
• Experience in working with large datasets and automating ML pipelines. 
• Experience with model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
