Candidate Profile

• Technically minded, with relevant experience considered an asset.

• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.

• Professional in appearance and attitude, with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in both Greek and English languages.

• Comfortable using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office and email platforms.

• Physically fit and capable of handling equipment weighing up to 15kg.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and demonstrates initiative and honesty.

• Possesses a valid and clean driver’s license.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver and install coffee machines at client locations.

• Connect machines to water supplies and ensure they are fully operational.

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of machines in the field.

• Perform regular client visits to deep clean and inspect machines.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high performance.

• Keep detailed and accurate records of all machines.

• Prepare and submit reports to management as required.

• Provide a high standard of customer service during on-site visits.
