Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a Sales Representative role.

• A strong understanding of the HoReCa market, especially in major cities.

• Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in both English and Greek.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• High level of self-motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• A valid and clean driving license.

• Integrity, team spirit, and the ability to work independently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.

• Develop and maintain long-term positive business relationships.

• Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and expand client base.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure excellent service.

• Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and deadlines.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support sales efforts.

• Monitor market trends and track sales performance and customer feedback.

• Report regularly to management on customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activity.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Continuously seek feedback to improve performance.
