Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join our Landmark Project in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for a mixed-use development project.
- Define sales goals, KPIs, and set clear expectations for the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure motivation, accountability, and consistent high performance.
- Ensure the sales process is efficient, scalable, and customer-centric, driving positive results.
Team Development & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve both individual and team sales objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team skills and results.
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy sales culture that aligns with the company’s values and vision.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee and participate in high-level negotiations and deal closures for large, complex transactions.
- Address client concerns and feedback, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Market & Business Development
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new sales opportunities, understand market trends, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Develop strategies for entering new markets, expanding project visibility, and maximizing sales reach.
- Collaborate with external partners, including brokers and real estate agents, to generate leads and drive sales.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Manage all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to post-sale follow-up and retention.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales tools to monitor performance, track leads, and manage customer relationships.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership on sales progress, challenges, and market trends.
Pricing, Negotiation & Financial Oversight
- Collaborate with the finance team to determine competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability and align with market demand.
- Oversee pricing negotiations with clients and ensure that transactions are structured in the best interest of the company.
- Monitor and manage the sales budget and ensure that all sales activities are cost-effective and aligned with financial goals.
Brand & Product Positioning
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of the company’s developments.
- Ensure that all sales-related communications align with the company’s brand image and marketing efforts.
- Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial position within real estate development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer needs, and trends in residential and commercial development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, strategies, and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate sales platforms.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing sales performance.
