Are you a skilled Butcher with a passion for quality and precision? St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for an experienced professional to join our culinary team and ensure the highest standards of meat preparation in our kitchens.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare, cut, trim, and portion meat, poultry, and seafood according to menu requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of products to maintain freshness and hygiene.
• Work closely with chefs to provide high-quality ingredients for meal preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory management.
• Operate and maintain butchery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Minimize waste while maximizing product utilization.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
• In-depth knowledge of meat cuts, quality standards, and storage procedures.
• Strong knife skills and ability to handle butchery equipment.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
