Job Overview:

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable first impressions? Ararat Signature Collection is seeking an elegant, professional, and charismatic Hostess to be the face of our luxury dining venue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an upscale, fast-paced environment, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests with genuine warmth and poise, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Seating Coordination: Manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and ensure seamless seating flow.
• Guest Relations: Build rapport with guests, remembering preferences and special occasions to create a personalized experience.
• Service Support: Collaborate with waitstaff to anticipate guest needs and enhance service efficiency.
• Ambiance Oversight: Ensure the reception area and dining space remain immaculate and inviting.
• Reservation Management: Handle bookings, special requests, and large party arrangements with precision and charm.
• Handle Guest Inquiries: Provide clear, courteous information about the menu, venue, and special events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Elegant Presentation: Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional appearance.
• Exceptional Communication: Friendly, clear, and confident verbal skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).
