Job Overview:

Ararat Signature Collection is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Cleaners to join our dynamic pre-opening team. In this vital role, you’ll help maintain the pristine, welcoming atmosphere that defines our five-star dining experience. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a prestigious hospitality brand in an extraordinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all restaurant areas, including dining spaces, bar, and restrooms, are kept impeccably clean and presentable.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, and other surfaces before, during, and after service.
• Support the team by managing waste disposal and ensuring recycling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house areas, including staff spaces and storage rooms.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Assist with setting up and resetting the dining area for different meal periods or special events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a cleaner in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Understanding of hygiene, health, and safety guidelines (training provided).
