Job Overview:

Ararat Signature Collection is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender B to join our dynamic pre-opening team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring bartender to develop their skills, learn from experienced professionals, and grow within a prestigious five-star environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests.
• Ensure the bar remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Support senior bartenders in creating and presenting specialty drinks.
• Learn and adhere to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Engage with guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a bartender or bar assistant in a hotel, bar, or restaurant setting.
• Willingness to learn and develop mixology and bar service skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A guest-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
