Job Overview:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional dining experiences? Ararat Signature Collection is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee our prestigious dining venue. This role is ideal for an experienced, service-oriented professional who thrives in an upscale environment, ensuring smooth operations, team motivation, and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Service Team: Oversee daily operations, ensuring impeccable service and a seamless guest journey.
• Guest Experience Excellence: Monitor and elevate service standards to provide unforgettable, personalized dining experiences.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and inspire staff to uphold the highest levels of hospitality and performance.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate floor activities, table assignments, and staff rotations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Handle Guest Feedback: Resolve issues gracefully, ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
• Monitor Standards: Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and food presentation meet luxury standards.
• Support Special Events: Assist in organizing and executing VIP functions, themed evenings, and exclusive dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury restaurant or hotel.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: A charismatic, hands-on leader who motivates and inspires the team.
• Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every service element is flawless.
• Problem Solver: Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and solutions focused.
• Passion for Hospitality: Enthusiastic about creating extraordinary guest experiences.
