We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Cyprus operations. In this role, you will oversee the execution of all travel services from individual bookings to large-scale groups and MICE programs, ensuring excellence in every detail and maintaining our high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Operations Department, including staff, schedules, and logisticOversee the smooth execution of FIT, Group, and MICE programs
• Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport, guides, venues) to ensure top-quality service
• Handle daily ground operations, airport services, meet & assist, and emergency support
• Collaborate with the sales, reservations, and contracting teams
• Ensure client satisfaction through continuous quality control
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a DMC or travel company
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus’s tourism infrastructure and supplier network
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Greek & English; other languages are a plus
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work flexible hours as needed
• EU work permit or legal eligibility to work in Cyprus is mandatory
