successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to Kanika's guidelines and the Reservations Team's Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service per Kanika Hotels & Resorts guidelines and reservations SOPs
  • Answer inquiries about facilities and services, manage reservations, and provide customer support
  • Efficiently process direct reservations and inquiries in line with Kanika values
  • Assist hotel guests and tour operators with destination wedding packages
  • Manage website inquiries via CRM, ensuring effective follow-up and maximizing conversions from chats to confirmed bookings
  • Handle VIP and CIP reservations promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all arrival correspondence is linked to the PMS reservation system
  • Implement proper use of reservation systems, sales scripts, pricing policies, and communication skills for high service quality and sales conversion
  • Collaborate with the Head of Reservations to achieve targets
  • Build strong relationships with tour operators and travel agents
  • Maximize room revenues through up-selling techniques for rooms and hotel facilities like restaurants and spas

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the tourism industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with reservation systems like Fidelio and Opera is beneficial
  • Fluency in English and Greek is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in IT and word processing, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Capable of researching, analyzing, and presenting information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
  • Honesty, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Discreet, with a strong understanding of confidentiality
