CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a new multi-asset global trading platform, with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a German-Speaking Trainee Broker join their growing Financial Sales, Trading & Investments team based in Nicosia. As a Trainee Broker, you will develop sales skills, learn how to engage with clients, and provide top-tier support to traders using the trading platform. You will work with a global team that connects traders to international markets. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business, Finance, Economics, or another related field who possess a strong interest in financial markets, trading, and brokerage services. Fluency in German is a must and good knowledge of English is essential. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience. Working hours are 40 per week with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Communicate with new and existing clients via phone and email.
• Assist with account openings, platform navigation, deposits and withdrawals, and general inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing professional and efficient support.
• Work closely with international teams in London, New York, Cyprus, Sofia, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Berlin.
• Support webinars and other communication initiatives to improve client engagement.
• Help clients navigate the trading platform and services (no investment advice).

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

• A completed or near-completed degree (Business, Finance, Economics, etc.).
• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and brokerage services.
• Fluent German (business level) and good English.
• Excellent communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused personality.
• Motivation to build a long-term career as a Broker or Sales Executive.
