On behalf of our client, a creative and forward-thinking architecture studio based in Larnaca, we are looking for a passionate Architect to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that blend urban planning, architectural vision, and interior design innovation.

Candidate Profile:

• University Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience

• Fluency in Greek and English languages; both verbal and written

• Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must

• Excellent design skills and attention to detail

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design capabilities

• Excellent knowledge of planning regulations

• Exceptional organizational, communication and time management skills

• Creative thinking and ability to turn ideas into effective solutions

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of architectural and interior design projects

• Prepare concept designs, 3D models, architectural drawings, and presentation materials

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and external stakeholders

• Conduct site visits and ensure project alignment from design to implementation

• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
