We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to cover the Main shop's front desk.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administration and/or Customer service.
- Team spirit.
- Tech and social media savvy.
- Organizational and Communicational skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS office.
- Fluency in English and Greek language is a must, Russian knowledge is a plus.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Cover the Main shop’s front desk.
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Dealing with customers’ requests and complains.
- Email and Telephone handling.
- Sales boost through social media (Facebook and Instagram).
- Clientele boost through customer service and public relations.
- Impeccable customer service.
- Pet Hotel booking.
- Grooming appointments booking.
