We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to cover the Main shop's front desk.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administration and/or Customer service.
  • Team spirit.
  • Tech and social media savvy.
  • Organizational and Communicational skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS office.
  • Fluency in English and Greek language is a must, Russian knowledge is a plus.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Cover the Main shop’s front desk.
  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Dealing with customers’ requests and complains.
  • Email and Telephone handling.
  • Sales boost through social media (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Clientele boost through customer service and public relations.
  • Impeccable customer service.
  • Pet Hotel booking.
  • Grooming appointments booking.
