Job Position: Player Assistant

Location: Aphrodite Hills Resort, Paphos
Job Summary:
The Player Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the overall golfing experience for players. This position involves overseeing the caddy program by ensuring a smooth operation on the course. The Caddy Master is responsible for providing exceptional service to golfers, facilitating communication between players and staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
This role is essential in providing players with the support they need to enjoy their game and maximize their experience at the golf course.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily running of the caddy master reception, garage, hire items, bag storage and staging area.
- Manage golfers on and off the golf course whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.
- Ensure golfers on the course and practice areas are following the course etiquette and pace of play, as per company guidelines.
- Meet and greet all clients entering the premises.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the tour operators and clients experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest rates internal procedures and keep all files up to date with the relevant information.
- Handling customer complaints and passing the information to the appropriate person/s.
- Answer all phone lines into the caddy master reception using a phone managing software
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of English, spoken.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to provide the necessary information to both clients and colleagues.
- Strong skills involving problem solving.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Some knowledge of Golf preferable.
- EU citizen or EU work permit holder
